Cooking
The number of ingredients is small and they are simple. Main ingredients - egg, rice and soy sauce. The rest can be changed to taste. For example, replace the tomatoes boiled green peas or beans. As a component of rice I use basmati rice mix TM Mistral.
Measure out rice, rinse and boil for 15 minutes in the ratio with water of 1:2.
Drain rice in a colander and rinse with cold water. Let the water drain out.
While cooking the rice, beat the eggs with soy sauce.
Slice the tomatoes in half and green onions. Half of the onion, leave for decoration.
Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Pour in your eggs. Cook, stirring lightly, until eggs begin to set.
Add the onions and tomatoes. Cook, stirring all the time. Until fully cooked eggs. Remove from heat and cover briefly with a lid.
When serving, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
