A small carcass squid cleaned and cut into strips, put in pan along with sour cream and chopped cloves of garlic. Stir, pour soy sauce. Pour the sauce gradually, tasting to taste. Salt then do not use, everything is adjustable soy sauce (it is much more interesting flavor of the finished dish). After boiling, all parched no more than three minutes or the squid will become tough. Remove from the stove. Don't suggest to exclude from this recipe squid, it is combined with sour cream, garlic and soy sauce amplified a lot and reveals the taste of a dish that his presence will only benefit.
The rice is cooked, take out the tea bags and allowed to drip off water.
Spread the rice on a plate, top with fish and vegetable cuts and do not forget to water the Fig sauce.
