Stir-fried fish with peppers
Many are familiar with this dish, as the fish marinade. Today is a very simplified, quick version of this dish, delicious sauce with peppers. On the side is the perfect basmati rice or Jasmine MIX from the company Mistral.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Ginger

    2 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

I'm on the side took a basmati rice MIX from the company Mistral. So easy to cook cereal in the bag! Each tea bag is one serving. For cooking rice, drop the bag of rice in boiling, salted water, without opening it. Cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes.

Cover with the sauce. Pre-mix the tomato paste with soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar, sugar and 1 teaspoon of starch and 2 tablespoons of water.

Here is the basmati rice MIX from the company Mistral boiling. Get a bag and give to drain the water. Carefully open the bag to the side and place the rice on a plate.
