Mushroom fritters
All mushrooms.. respect! A lot of meals from them we know..! And love to cook..! Taste of the forest will not forget..! There is a pancake recipe.. " whether ate.. or not..! "In them so all the air..! At the table is boring..! No time to look back.. as they all flew in my mouth..! And melted..! Lost..! Enjoy we were not given..! Need the speed boost..!, to taste time to understand..! Such light..! Invisible..!, almost imperceptible..!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Products ( mushrooms, you can use any!)

To arbitrarily cut the mushrooms and onions

Mushrooms, onions, add to them the milk. All blend in a blender or through a meat grinder.

To mass add the egg the chopped herbs., season with salt and pepper to taste., mix well. ( I'm a mixer at low speed) Then add the flour, and mix well. ( should be the consistency of thick cream)

Heat the oil and fry on moderate heat until Golden brown

Serve with any favourite side dish, or sauce.
