Fritters of cottage cheese
Wonderful pancakes with cheese! For lovers of cheese cakes! Delicious, tender and flavorful! The recipe is very relevant, if you have some cheese and yogurt: the cheesecake will not be enough, and the cottage cheese pancakes - just right!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Separate the yolks from the whites, set the whites aside in the cold. To the yolks add the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mash the yolks with the sugar until whitening weight.

Kefir pour into a bowl, add soda, mix well. The mixture will increase in volume, on the surface, the bubbles will appear... like the picture.

The mass of yolks and sugar, add the cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Mix flour with baking powder and add to the dough, sprinkle with salt.

Heat up a frying pan and a tablespoon put pancakes in a well-heated oil. Fire do less and let the pancakes on one side browned, the top they will see a lot of air bubbles. Turn to the other side, diminish the fire and stove for a couple of minutes cover the pan with a lid. Ready! Of a portion I get 4 pans for 6 PCs.
