Cooking

step-0
The fish in this recipe cooks very quickly. The only thing you need to do in advance is boil the potatoes and beets. Now we will make them a terrific side dish! Beets Porirua blender on high, how Your assistant can handle) you can optionally splash of cream. Potatoes make puree, adding the cream - the number shown are estimated, how much. Do not make it liquid! Now we combine the potato and beet puree, add olive oil and whisk all together a bit. Salt and pepper to taste.
step-1
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and prepare the products needed for cooking fish.
step-2
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the honey, wine, soy sauce, thyme leaves, and rosemary (rosemary more!!))), optional, add ground pepper. Now put the fish and pripuskaet literally a minute. Put the fish in a heat-resistant form in one layer, pour the sauce from the pan and put it into the preheated oven for 10 minutes. It is important not to overdry!
step-3
While baked fish, quickly cook the peas (which you can substitute green beans) or asparagus. I made polka dots using one of my recipes: to blanch it for 5 minutes, then fry in butter, adding at the end the taste is a bit of soy sauce.
step-4
Serve: on heated plate put beet puree (I have it, however, turned out watery... but no less delicious), on top of the fish and an extra side dish. A little sprinkle the top with olive oil, and serve! By the way, the mashed potatoes I ate cold. I liked it so much... But You can, of course, to heat it.
