Flounder with tomatoes
Gentle. juicy, flavorful fish.

Ingredients

  • Flounder

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Flounder to be cleaned, remove the entrails, head and fins. Season with salt and pepper.

2. With tomatoes remove the skin.

3. Peel the onion and cut at random.

4. Baking tray lay a parchment, put the onion. Onion sprinkle with lemon juice, soy sauce and oil.

5. To bow to put the fish. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, drizzle with oil. add chopped Basil and spread on fish.

6. Preheat the oven to 200C. To cook the fish for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
