Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a small saucepan, pour 100 ml of warm water. Add 200 gr of sugar and cocoa powder. Stir. Put on the fire. Cook the syrup for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Let cool a bit.
In a bowl put the cheese, add the powdered sugar, 1 egg white, semolina. Mix well.
Osipyan piece curds, make a flapjack. Inside the tortilla put 1 berry cranberry. Give a ball shape. Dip them in coconut flakes. Make balls, using the entire mass of curd. Put in the fridge while you prepare the dough.
In a Cup put the butter at room temperature 5 egg yolks and 50 gr. sugar. Well whisk. Slowly add boiled syrup. Mix well.
4 egg whites whisk to a froth. Add to the chocolate mass. Here add the flour and baking powder. Carefully stir. The dough is ready.
In the form put half of the dough. Spread on top of cheese balls with cranberries. Close the remaining batter. Put in preheated oven. Bake 30-40 minutes at 160-180 degrees. Then cools.
Chocolate melt in a water bath, add the cream. A little whisk. The cooked mass to sling pie. The edges of the cake sprinkle with coconut. Decorate with whipped cream, cranberries and coconut.
