In the late nineteenth century pizza has become the most favorite dish in all of Italy. Expansion of pizza around the world began with the U.S. where it entered along with the wave of Italian emigration at the turn of the century. Not spared the pizza party and France!

Cooking
Prepare the needed products
The dough I made in advance, simple yeast, quite a large number, and put it in the fridge. Get 450 g
Cut onion into quarters rings
Cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs spread in a convenient tableware
Add fried onion, chopped herbs (I used dill), salt, pepper to taste. Greens can be added to the stuffing, and sprinkle on top of pizza, as I did, as you wish
Mix cheese and onion stuffing
The dough by this time came up
Roll out in shape (I have a favorite pan for the oven), forming the sides
Spread the filling, sprinkle with spices (dried oregano and Basil), top with sliced leeks and tomato mugs
Sprinkle with herbs, but as I wrote earlier, at your discretion, when and how to sprinkle
