Chicken-gherkin with onion-cherry marmalade
Chicken-the gherkin is particularly tenderness and juiciness. I suggest to marinate it in soy marinade and serve with onion-cherry marmalade. Help yourself, it is very tasty and juicy!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    130 ml

  • Chicken

    800 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Bow white

    3 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Black pepper

Have defrosted, rinsed and dried with a paper tissue of a carcass of a chicken cut out the backbone, pressing lightly with the palm.

To prepare the marinade, 1 onion was crushed in a blender to a pulp.

Add soy sauce - 100 ml, ground pepper, mix.

The carcass thoroughly lubricate the prepared marinade if chicken is very lean under the skin, you can put the pieces of butter. Placed in a container and sent to marinate a couple of hours.

To prepare the jam finely chopped onions (2 heads), fry it in vegetable oil until transparent (about 5 minutes), while stirring occasionally. Add the pre-thawed pitted cherries and the juice from them, continue to simmer until tender cherries.

Wipe through a large sieve, add honey and carcass for another 5-10 minutes, stirring all the while.

Cooked jam shift in the container.

For cooking chicken needed the average heat of the coals. The carcass lay on the grill, shaking off excess onion marinade, making sure chicken is not burnt! Serve the chicken with the jam, for decorative use cherries!
