Stumbled upon a recipe very airy and mouth-watering cakes, not fried in oil, and baked in the oven! I was very intrigued, because I've never eat properly. In fact, these syrnichki remind me of cheesecake but a compact size. I want to add that at one time didn't cost too much my son liked it)))

Cooking
First, the cheese will mix with sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Then add butter, semolina, baking powder and sour cream. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Syrnichki cool, carefully remove from the molds
