1. Try these patties are juicy, fragrant, summer!
2. For this recipe I took cane sugar Demerara from Mistral - combined with peaches it gives a wonderful aroma!
3. Peaches are divided into two halves, remove the stone. Each half cut into thin slices.
4. The dough out thinly, to make the peach and cut with a knife the basis, departing from piece of fruit about 1 cm and leaving the leaf.
5. Peach sugar to taste.
6. Future grease pies egg. Sprinkle with sugar, if left.
7. Bake at 200 gr. for about 10 minutes. The dough should rise and be lightly browned.
8. From the remnants of dough, I unrolled layer, smeared with egg and sprinkled with sugar. Cut into strips, baked -tasty tongues.
