Pie with chicken and zucchini
I love zucchini, use it in any form)) Vegetable stew, fried slices with the garlic rolls... mmm yummy! I recently came across another recipe with zucchini and I decided it was worth a try! I was not wrong, it's delicious! Chicken with zucchini in combination with cottage cheese and, Yes, on a crisp shortcrust pastry - it's something! And by the way, is perfect for those who are on a diet because all the ingredients are useful, yoghurt and cheese you can take low fat. As for the sand-basics-in one serving it has just a little bit, so I think it is not critical for the shape!

Let's sand base. For this mix the sifted flour with salt.

Now add the cold butter and blend it together with the flour until fine crumbs.

Now add the ice water and quickly knead the dough, gathering all into a ball. When a lump formed wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.

While the dough is resting, make filling. The chicken is better to prepare in advance.
