Cheese-butter cream with tropical fruits
Very simple, tasty and delicate cream, ideal for decorating the dessert baskets with fruit and wafer sticks for a holiday or for a cozy family tea party with biscuits! The cream is very light, not greasy (at least the taste is not overpowering), and it's amazing, considering the large number of contained in the composition of butter! I know that the oil oil alike, but apparently this time I'm not wrong with the choice - it turned out wonderful cream!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Assorted fruit

Cooking

Oil is needed, remove from refrigerator one hour before preparation, so it was very soft.

Well whisk the butter with the cheese.

Add chopped bananas.
