Quiche white fish, shrimp and spinach
Hurry to You with an incredibly tender cake! Kish butter dough with white fish, shrimp, young spinach leaves and caramelized leeks. At the same time simple and subtle.

First make the dough. I used the easiest recipe, all borrowed from Chedaki. Namely equal proportions of cheese, flour and butter. But this only works with dry cheese! Depending on its consistency you can knead the dough only from these ingredients, and may need a couple of tablespoons of water or one egg. But the process one: to chop up the crumbs, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, but better for a couple of hours.

Now let's prepare the filling. We need white fish and shrimp. Peel shrimp, fish fillet cut into pieces. Can use any fish of your choice!

The next step is to slice the leek rings and sauté in olive oil and soy sauce to wok. Onion turns sweet, caramelized mmmmmmmmmmmmm))

Now take the dough, roll out and spread in the form greased with olive oil. Put on top of the cargo in the oven for about twenty minutes. The temperature is about 200 degrees. Bake it well for 10 minutes, the remove the load, chop, and 10 minutes.

While preparing the Foundation, prepare the dressing. To do this, beat eggs with milk and mix it with grated cheese.

The Foundation I got is not perfect, the cheese was not dry. Very tasty, but ideally it still needs to dry. Take out the base from the oven, turn it mode 180 degrees and begin the Assembly. Put 2/3 of the spinach leaves, spread on top the fish and shrimp, onions, remaining spinach, then very carefully and evenly pour the filling.

Spread on top halves of the tomatoes, brushed with olive oil and put the whole thing in the oven for 30 minutes.
