Delicious, flavorful muffin... with poppy seeds, nuts and Apple...

Ingredients

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Yeast

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

In warm milk dissolve sugar and butter

Eggs (one yolk need to leave) beat with a fork with a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, stir

Yeast mixed with 250g of flour, gently stir in the milk mixture

Carefully knead the dough, adding flour as needed. The dough should be elastic and not stick to hands. Gather into a ball, remove to rise in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours

Prepare the filling. In boiling milk, add poppy seeds. Diminish the fire and ovarium until almost complete evaporation of moisture.

Raisins wash and dry. Nuts chopped. Raisins and nuts add to the poppy seeds, stir and leave to cool.

Apples peel and core, Cut into slices

When the dough has increased in 2 times. Divided into 7 buns

Each roll in an oval pellet, put the stuffing

Roll into a roulade

Each loaf rolled into a spiral by investing inside the Apple slices

The resulting "flowers" to put in shape, greased, loose. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes. To grease with a yolk, diluted with water, sprinkle with sugar.
