Pancake terrine with fragrant Apple filling
Our family has pancakes... and the pancakes with apples in a separate place of honor. In this regard, I decided to make them in such terrina! Not so troublesome as it seemed, came a great Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    100 g

Prepare the filling: apples wash, peel and cut into large slices. The pan put on low heat put the apples, fill with sugar, stir and cook for 6-8 minutes. Then add the cream and cinnamon, saute all together for 3 minutes.

Loaf pan or cake pan, you can take an ordinary glass uniform, lay out cling film. Put the bottom pancakes so that the edges hanging down as it should. It took me 4 damn.

Spread half of the filling, then the two folded pancake, then a filling of apples. And so layers.

The last pancake to cover dangling edges and film. Put in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours under pressure. Ready the terrine cut into slices with a sharp knife! Very tasty! Just a VERY!!!
