Apricot tree came to us from North-Eastern China. In the areas adjacent to the great Wall of China, the apricot was cultivated four thousand years ago. In the fourth century ad pits of apricots were brought by the Arabs on the coast of the Mediterranean sea. In the XVI century, apricots were brought to Spain and England, and from there they came to Mexico and then to California. In order to preserve the fruits, people began to dry the apricots, and was dried apricots. Today I made a sun cake with this wonderful product that will fill the aroma and warm dull days. Cooking
Sifted flour mixed with baking powder
In a separate bowl put sour cream, butter, eggs, sugar, whey
Beat again, adding turmeric
Separately, mix chopped dried apricots with a tablespoon of flour
Then add to the batter and mix again. Pour into greased with vegetable oil form
Bake for about 50 minutes at 160 degrees
