Ham, baked spinach with cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    8 slice

  • Spinach

    500 g

  • Pepper white

  • Nutmeg

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    100 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Potatoes

Ingredients.

Clean and chop potatoes in half (as many as you need for dinner) and leave it in a pot of salted water. Cut the tomatoes thin large slices. Turn on the oven at 225 - 250 °C.

If frozen spinach, thawed it in a colander or sieve under a gentle stream of water; wring out water. Margarine grease a baking dish with a capacity of not less than 1.7 liters. Spread on the bottom of the spinach.

Spread the spinach on slices of ham, alternating with tomatoes.

On top sprinkle with white pepper and nutmeg.

For the sauce, melt the margarine or butter over low heat. Mixed the flour and set aside for a few minutes. At this stage, put on to cook potatoes.

In the blank for the sauce, pour the milk and cream and bring to a boil while stirring, preferably with a whisk. Remove from the heat.

Add cheese and egg yolk, stir. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce in the form of ham, spread uniformly. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. If you want to serve with pasta - boil the pasta.
