Pasta Irish
A simple but unconventional dinner. Pasta turn out very juicy. Can be eaten as a separate dish as a warm salad, but then use less pasta.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Stew

    350 g

  • Beans

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Boil the pasta in UNSALTED water until tender.

While pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion and pepper.

Drain the pasta, rinse. In a saucepan, mix the pasta, canned beans and corn, put on a few minutes on a small fire under the hood.

Add the onion (you can slightly scalded with hot water) and sweet peppers.

When serving, sprinkle with dried parsley and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste. Bon appetit!
