Cooking
Make dough. Carefully grind cheese, butter room temperature and the egg. I did it with blender
Add cottage cheese, salt, baking powder and both flours. Knead the dough. Form the dough into ball, wrap in foil and remove in the fridge for a while will prepare the filling.
Prepare the filling. In olive oil fry for a couple of minutes roughly chopped leeks (if you can't find leeks, take the bacon, but fry it until transparent). Add to the onions chopped, white cabbage and red cabbage. Fry a couple of minutes on medium heat. Brussels sprouts and broccoli, boil them in boiling water for a couple minutes, drain in a colander and add to the other vegetables. Salt, add favorite seasonings (I added the mixture to the stewing vegetables and dried Basil) and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment or a silicone Mat (to move it then not work, than roll out, and will bake) the Dough should not be very thin, about 5 mm thick. In the centre put the warm filling. Cranberry sauce d arbo spread the filling with a teaspoon.
Gather the edges of the dough toward the center, forming biscuit. Sprinkle optional grated cheese (I'm about a tablespoon scattered). Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
The biscuits can be served both warm and cold! All a pleasant appetite!!!
