Cheese cakes without flour out of the oven
Keep experimenting with cheesecakes and oven and I think it's getting better.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Cooking

1. Cookies in the blender to be ground to fine crumbs.

2. Add the butter, stir.

3. Spread on the bottom of the silicone mold and the sealing mixture. (You can use paper bake cups).

4. With a mixer, mix the cream cheese and sugar, add the egg, yolk, sour cream, vanilla.

5. Increase the speed and continue to mix on high speed until combine.

6. Fill molds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 -30 min., then leave for 30 minutes to cool, without removing from the forms.

7. Remove the cheesecakes from the mold and completely cool. Decorate with powdered sugar and welcome to the table. BON APPETIT!
