Cakes of millet flakes
Thin pancakes for Breakfast? It's easy! I propose today to cook. They can be served just brushing with butter or wrap in some filling. And most importantly, they can make for the future. Fans of the pita bread should be like.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    2 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Millet flakes pour water and milk, leave for few minutes to swell. It is sufficient to ratio of cereal to water of nearly 1:1.

Add sugar, salt, butter, flour (gradually) and replace the dough. Knead it directly into the hot cereal. The dough was like unfinished, in the sense that it seems not sticky and sticky at the same time. Leave it to rest under a towel for half an hour.
