Roasted salmon on a mini-grill
Friends brought fresh salmon from Kamchatka. It is excellent for those that grew up in the sea and was very fresh, so no complicated marinades is not needed. Fans of trivial dishes dedicated.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salmon

    1.5 kg

  • Salt

Cooking

The fish is cleaned, remove the backbone and cut into 4 steaks.

Grill each side for 5-7 minutes.

Soy sauce mix with olive oil and brush the fish during cooking. Served with vegetables and warm company. Bon appetit!
