This recipe is quick delicious dinner, which is a great combination of pork and sweet pepper. If desired, the pork can replace the chicken. Very tasty meat that awakens the appetite of even in hot weather.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Greens

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dry red wine

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Pork wash, dry, cut into thin long strips.

Salt and pepper to taste. Starch mixed with 1 tbsp water, pour cooked meat mixture, stir and leave for 15 min..

Chop the capsicum in large strips and cook the sauce: dill, chop and mix with wine and sugar, add salt to taste.
