Casserole of potatoes, beets and apples
I love to experiment with food. If the beets goes well with potatoes, in salads and soups, why not combine these vegetables in the casserole?! It was very tasty! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Cooking

Beets and carrots cut into slices, onion - half rings, tomatoes, quartered.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into thin slices.

Apples wash, peel, cut into slices

To combine in a bowl sour cream, eggs, salt to taste and whisk.

Grate the cheese

In the form put layers: cups potatoes - onions - tomatoes - carrots - cheese - (beta - mug of apples) to lay out, alternating as shingles - grated cheese

Pour all sour cream and egg mass.

Cover the form with baking paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180gr.

Then remove the paper, sprinkle the remains of the cheese, bake another 10min. Serve, garnished with parsley.
