Cauliflower in Italian
This dish is suitable for Breakfast. Very simple ingredients, and the taste is very interesting.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cabbage to wash, disassemble on inflorescences. Put in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Boil 7 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Onions clear, finely chop.

Fry the onions in hot oil until Golden brown, add greens.

Tomatoes mashed with a fork into a puree.

In a baking dish put the cabbage, puree of tomato and onion. Season with salt, pepper to taste, add the Bay leaf (the original is still need to add a pinch of dried thyme and oregano). Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. After I have decorated with berries of porecki, acidity here, by the way. Enjoy a delicious and healthy dish!
