Filler pie with green onion and egg
Dear members! I offer well very tasty pie. The sister of my husband just doesn't like onions, but here was eating for both cheeks )))

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    350 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Green onions

    1 coup

Sour cream in aspic test can be replaced with kefir or natural yoghurt. For the filling: boil 4 eggs, cool, peel and finely chop. Green onions (it should be a lot) to be washed, dried, finely chopped, salt to taste. You can add a little black pepper.

Knead the dough: in smetana add salt, sugar. Mix well. Melt the butter. Whip 2 eggs. Alternately add in sour cream, melted butter and beaten eggs. To the flour add baking powder and pour it in the liquid mixture. Mix well until smooth. You should get a mass, like a thick porridge.

Form for baking grease with some butter. You can sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Pour into mold slightly more than half of the test. Gently lay on top of the filling of onions and eggs. From top to pour the remnants of the dough, carefully spreading it over the entire surface of the pie.

Put the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for about 35 minutes, until Golden brown. To give the cake to cool to lukewarm, cover with a clean towel, then put it on a flat plate. Bon appetit!
