Noodles with vegetables in Chinese
Easy to prepare and a tasty dish of available products

Ingredients

  • Noodles

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    1.5 cup

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil noodles until done, cut all the vegetables into thin strips. Heat oil over high heat, add the onion, ginger, garlic, fry 30 sec.

Add the carrots after 30 seconds, add the cabbage and bell pepper, cook for about a minute

Move the vegetables to one side of the pan, another to break an egg, pramesti it with vegetables, add black pepper, mix well

Add noodles, vinegar and soy sauce, mix well.
