Chops in bread crumbs we call "Crunchies" because of the pleasant pohrustyvaniâ. It can be said, the signature dish of my mother-in-law!

To beat the chicken fillet.
Cut into small cubes bread. For one piece of bread.
Beat eggs slightly with salt and seasonings to taste. Chops salt, to season and to put a long time into the egg mixture to soak.
Chops "stick" pieces of the loaf, I poured the sliced loaf on a cutting Board, put chops on top, then again a loaf and kiss.
Then fry in refined oil, to decorate. We often make this option, just lazy - it chops the loaf, slice loaf dipped in eggs and put on top of chops. Very fast, hearty and delicious.
