Pilaf with mushrooms
Quite a dietary pilaf with mushrooms. Wife, her friend and mother-in-law love it.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Fennel

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

Mushrooms thoroughly wash, chop and pour into a heated pan. Reduce the heat to low and cover. When the water boil, increase the heat, add the vegetable oil, coriander, fennel and curry mix and fry lightly.

Washed and soaked rice to pour into the oiled pan and fry.

When roasted mushrooms with spices spread a unique flavor in a pan add chopped onions, stir and continue to cook.

When the onion is browned, add grated on a coarse grater or cut into strips the carrots and, stirring constantly, continue to cook.

Add to the pan a little water and saute lightly, making sure not covering it with a lid.

Pour on top of prepared rice and flatten.

Stick the rice in the garlic cloves and carefully pour the water so that the rice was covered with about 5 mm, cover and leave for about 15 minutes.

When the rice swell, the contents season with salt and pepper and stir.

Remove from heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. All plaoshnik ready!
