Very tender and tasty zapiekanka!!!

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

Steamed couscous mixed with cottage cheese and a half of sugar; add vanilla, salt, sour cream, baking powder and mix well.

Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar; add to the mixture of cottage cheese and couscous and mix well.
