Chicken with rice and vegetables in the sleeve
Delicious light dinner for your beloved family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    500 g

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Fillet, remove film, cut into big pieces, sprinkle with salt and spices (I have herbes de Provence, a mixture of peppers, curry)

Onions cut into rings, sprinkle with lemon juice, soy sauce and oil, mix well and leave for at least 30 minutes

Boil the rice until almost cooked (I did in a double boiler)

Vegetables to defrost and mix with boiled rice

Sleeve to tie with one hand and fold, alternating vegetables and chicken

Add the remaining sauce and knotted sleeve, "candy" sent to 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

The result is a delicious and healthy dinner (lunch)
