Strawberry
500 g

Cream
300 ml

Sugar
70 g

Lemon juice
2 Tbsp
Cooking
With a mixer whip cream
Strawberries, sugar, lemon juice blend until creamy and the sugar is dissolved.
Stir strawberry puree and cream into the form and put in the freezer.
Somewhere in 40 minutes remove from the freezer, stir and send back to the freezer until fully cooked. Periodically need to stir the ice cream to form ice crystals.
