Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

The bottom and sides of pot butter.

Potatoes peel and cut into thin circles.

Onions also peel and slice thin half-rings.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into cubes.

Tomato cut into cubes.

Season the mince with salt and pepper... mix with mushrooms.

The pots all share layers: the first layer - potatoes (be sure to salt and pepper);

the second layer - the bow;

third - stuffing with mushrooms, and top with tomatoes.

On top of each pot a piece of butter.

Then plenty to fill with grated cheese, mayonnaise, spread a spoonful of tomato paste...

Put in the oven at 150 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes.
