Vanilla ice cream with apricots and currants
Your recipe ice-cream on the Internet decided to share one of the producers of this delicacy. I have never done ice cream before, and now prepared. It tastes good, but not enough. I slightly changed the recipe (in recipe: low-fat cream-2 stack., cream fat - 1 Cup.). It turned out very well.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    3 cup

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Apricot

    2 piece

  • Black currants

    2 Tbsp

In a saucepan, mix cream and sugar, vanilla. Put on medium heat and cook until boiling. Then remove the pan from the heat and put aside.

In another pan, stir well with a whisk the egg yolks. Gradually stir in the Cup of hot milk mixture into the yolks, stirring occasionally.

Put this saucepan on a medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until boiling (if you have a thermometer the temperature is over 85 degrees)

The obtained hot mass pour into pan and cool. Then pour the milk mixture into a plastic pot (container), add the apricots and put in the freezer for 3 hours. You should periodically get ice cream and mix.

Ready put ice cream in a sundae dish. Decorate with apricot jam and frozen currants. BON APPETIT!!!
