Cooking
As you can see, the ingredients are simple.
Vegetables can be boiled, fried, I prefer to bake them in the oven, because the process of baking they are very well caramelizada its own sugar. And that they are not burnt, every piece is slightly greased with vegetable oil. In the oven, the vegetables will hold for 20 minutes.
Oat flakes pour hot broth (or water), add 0.5 teaspoons of "herbs of Provence" (can be other favorite herbs) and cook according to the instructions on the package of cereal. Sorry, I had not thought to take a picture of boiling porridge... Especies vegetables cut however you want (larger or smaller) and add to the porridge.
Notice that the porridge is not salted - herb give your taste which, in my opinion, does not require salt (good for those who keep salt-free diet) and sweets - from dried vegetables so sweet taste. I highly recommend to enjoy! P. S. the caloric value of all portions about 200 kcal.
