I want to offer to you the most simple fried egg, but with the flow... in the Bulgarian pepper. This option is very good for Breakfast. Is done quickly and simply. And if the multi-colored peppers, it turns out still very nice.

And so, difficult there is nothing. The number of products I do not have, because it all depends on the number of servings. Take our peppers (I only had green and red, but if yellow....), wash them well, cut off the top(where the tail), carefully remove the middle bit (ie seeds) and again washed. Cut peppers into circles (like in the photo, the number of slices - optional, we had two pieces per serving).
In a pan heat the oil and fry our mugs pepper on each side (a bit, maybe a couple minutes on each side). Then take and carefully pour it in the middle of each pepper in the egg (do not fast in the beginning to infuse a bit of protein, let privatise, and then all the rest of the egg, otherwise the protein will be spread across the pan). Salt, pepper to taste and fry until cooked eggs as regular eggs (I did it on a small fire under the hood).
That's all, Breakfast is ready. Serve, sprinkled with herbs. But what else to add to the eggs - everyone does it differently. We ate with toast and fresh pepper.
