Pancakes with mushrooms and chicken
This morning I got up early and wanted to please sister a delicious Breakfast. Decided to make 2 types of pancakes: sweet and savoury fillings. It turned out delicious. Everything is accessible and simple, can handle a beginner cook.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.66 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

  • Chicken

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

Knead the dough from flour, milk, eggs, salt, sugar, soda and add 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil. I churned the batter in a blender. The amount of ingredients varies depending on how many servings you need and to taste. The consistency is a thick cream. The photo is already less than half left test =)

Prepare the filling. I had fresh mushrooms, cut them in slices and fried in butter with onions. You can use frozen mushrooms.

Boiled chicken cut into cubes. If you have raw chicken you can boil it, and of the remaining broth to make a delicious soup =)

Wrap in a tube, envelope, but since I have the pancakes small in size, I decided not to bother and to do just like khachapuri). Fold the pancake in half. Put the pancake in the microwave for 1 minute to melt cheese.
