Cooking
Here are some products that we need for cooking this delicious pie.
Clear all the apples from the skin and remove the core.
2 apples cut in half, others in slices (in half and each half into 4 even parts).
Fry all the chopped apples in butter, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
Roasted apples put in a baking dish (4 large halves in the middle and other slices around gently).
While the apples are cooling, roll out squares of puff pastry (I had 2, that's enough!!!) and cover them apples, bending the edges.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put our cake mix for 15-20 minutes (it all depends on your oven), the dough should be Golden brown.
The finished cake remove from the oven and leave to cool (this is to ensure that the butter hardened). Then flip on dish.
Prepare the caramel: bring the sugar until dissolved. Then, add the butter, once all melted pour in 50 grams. brandy (BE CAREFUL!!! Can flash fire!!!), evaporate another 30-60 seconds. At the end pour in the cream, bring to a boil (before the first gurgling) remove from heat. Our caramel sauce is ready (the consistency is like dough for pancakes).
Served a La carte. Pre-heating in a microwave oven (quite 45 seconds). Decorate with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Vu-a-La! Our classic American Apple pie is ready!!! Bon appetit!
