Cooking
First I put the dough 100 ml of water, 3 tbsp flour, yeast and sourdough.
This is my already approached the dough. I poured it in the bowl of a mixer.
The flour I sifted and poured into the mixer bowl. Turned on the mixer on low speed and beat 5 minutes, added salt and beat at high speed 10-12 minutes.
The bowl I greased with vegetable oil and put the dough there. After 20 minutes I ammala.
In General, the dough is 2.5 hours. First alminco we did in 20 minutes, the second after 90 min.
This is my dough after 2.5 hours.
Take the dough, form a loaf and place in well floured basket/shape.
Directly in the form I gave to rest the dough for another 2 hours.
Warm up the oven and send our form for baking bread. Bake with steam for first 5 minutes at 240°C, 20 minutes at 200°C.
