Couscous with red cabbage and lamb
A unique dish in 30 minutes - the meat, ganir and salad, but there is a problem which category to choose?!

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    300 g

  • Couscous

    250 g

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage, red,

    0.25 plug

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    0.333 cup

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Meat lamb, pork or finely chop sticks. In the original recipe - sprinkle the meat with dry mustard.

In frying pan, pour olive oil and fry the meat until browned about 5 minutes.

While fried meat, shinkuem cabbage, three carrots, cut celery, green onion, cilantro.

Prepare the couscous. Cereals pour boiling-water and add the butter, wait 5 minutes or until cereal has absorbed all of the water.

Ready to Kus-kusu add vegetables, garlic, lemon juice, feta, mix well, salt and pepper. When serving, add the pieces of meat and cilantro. BON APPETIT!
