Seafood cocktail in a creamy sauce

  • Seafood

    500 g

  • Cream

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

  • Greens

  • Figure

Onion peel and cut into half rings.

Fry the onion in butter until tender. Optionally, you can add carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

Add the cream. I have 20% fat. At this stage, I'll tell you why cook \'TWO IN ONE\'... I add 350 ml of cream, because we love creamy soup with sea cocktail of the above-described ingredients is obtained: 2 servings of soup, 2 servings of a main dish. ;-) If you're just going to put out seafood in a creamy sauce, 100 ml cream will be enough.

Wait for the cream to a boil, and dobavlaet seafood (not thawed). After the cream comes to a boil again, cook 5 minutes and turn off heat. For 3 minutes until cooked put the chopped greens. That's what I do in the winter with store-bought or frozen, and in summer I prefer to sprinkle the freshly chopped greens finished dish.

Served with boiled rice, seasoned with curry. Soup: in a bowl put 2 tbsp of rice and a couple bowls of our creamy seafood.
