Strawberry jelly
I love this jelly and cook it always, when the strawberry season. Served with a scoop of ice cream turns out very tasty and kids like it. Can be served warm, as you like.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Potato starch

    25 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.125 pinch

  • Ice cream

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Strawberries need to wash and remove the stalk. Pour the water and send it to the fire.

Starch to dissolve a small quantity of water, a few spoons.

As soon as the strawberries will begin to boil, immediately drain it in a sieve and grind.

Mashed strawberries mix with the water in which it boiled and again to return to the fire. Add sugar to taste, taste, because the taste is all different and the strawberry is more sour, and sweet. Add vanilla at the tip of the knife.

Then a thin stream while stirring continuously, pour in the starch, and once the jelly starts to boil, as soon as the first bubbles, switch off immediately. Let cool, or serve immediately, whichever you prefer.
