Cooking
Cut large pieces of chicken. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic(chopped into 4 pieces), sugar, 1 h l, a mixture of herbs 0.5 tsp. (just who how love can be less but can be more), black pepper (if you have the farm ginger - add). Salt is not necessary - soy sauce is salty!
While our chicken is marinating, cut onion into medium cubes, coarsely planed washed mushrooms (available in 4 pieces or in half). Sent to a hot pan with vegetable oil mushrooms and onions, lightly salt, lightly zaharim (a little for taste - you will not regret), add the rosemary. Fry on high heat until Golden brown (3-5 minutes) and add to the meat together with the marinade.
Fry together with chicken, meat gradually turn white. You can add mayonnaise or cream. Stir again, simmer under a lid for 5-10 minutes. Taste for salt, when little is added.
