Ingredients

To prepare the chicken, rinse with cold water, give water to drain. Cut along the breast cartilage and uncover the carcass. Finely chop the garlic, grind it with incomplete a tablespoon of coarse salt, add the crushed Bay leaf. RUB this mixture in the chicken carcass and leave in reserve.
