Cooking

step-0
Since I was originally not going to publish the recipe on the website, and just wanted to bake a "Sweet cheese", so I did not photograph step-by-step preparation of the dough. :-[ And the recipe is as follows: it is best to chop the cottage cheese in a blender or mince, add the softened butter or margarine and beat again with a blender or mixer. Add sugar, vanillin, soda, slaked vinegar, once again, beat well, add flour and knead a soft dough. Put the dough in the fridge for about an hour.
step-1
Lubricated our molds for baskets with vegetable oil. Roll the dough and cut into small pieces. Each piece dip in flour, to form a small pellet with a thickness of 1 cm (you can roll it with a rolling pin) and put in the baskets.
step-2
In the center of the baskets to put some raisins and ground walnuts
step-3
On top of our mixture of raisins and nuts to put some Apple marmalade or jam
step-4
To put our baskets in a well-heated oven and bake at 200 degrees. The finished tarts sprinkled with powdered sugar that I, unfortunately, did not have time to do it, because they were immediately snapped up by my family! :-)
