Spaghetti with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes
A hearty and delicious dish that you can cook for 20 -25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Tomato

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Boil spaghetti as directed on the package. Grate cheese on a fine grater and combine with egg yolks, cream and milk. Stir. You can take just the cream, but I have remained 100 ml , so added milk.

Cut the bacon and fry until the melting of fat along with the garlic. Garlic remove.

Add mushrooms and tomatoes,

pour the cream, yolks and cheese. On low heat bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.

Hot spaghetti to sauce and serve. Optional sprinkle with cheese. Bon appetit!
