Focaccia with bacon
I really love this bread, make different variations.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Bred yeast in warm water, add sugar and allow to stand for 10 minutes - 15. Sift the flour and knead elastic dough, adding the salt,50g lard grated on a fine grater and olive oil. Will skatiem the dough into a ball,cover and let go (the dough should double in size) in a warm place. knead out again. Or simplify the whole process,and kneaded the dough in the bread maker. Shape the Focaccia,sprinkle the top with black pepper and remaining bacon and bake for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
