Cooking

step-0
The meat (I had pork) cut into small cubes (about 2 cm).
step-1
Meat salt and pepper (to taste), add Bay leaf, broken into pieces (do not break too small, we will move them later).
step-2
Add to meat, add the vinegar and finely chopped onion.
step-3
Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Put at least 6 hours in refrigerator to marinate (at night).
step-4
Put marinated meat in a thick-walled dishes for the oven, flatten.
step-5
Pour the meat with vegetable oil (oil should completely cover the meat). You may need more oil.
step-6
Take the baking paper, crush it, cover the meat so that the paper lay on the meat.
step-7
And the top cover (I don't have it, so I covered with foil). Put in preheated oven to 130 degrees and simmer for about 45 minutes.
step-8
After 45 minutes, remove the paper, add the garlic cloves, cut in half. Again cover with the paper and cover again and leave to simmer for 2-2.5 hours.
step-9
Prepared meat remove from the oven, cooling.
step-10
The pieces of meat to separate the fibers. Bay leaf remove. Before serving, reheat and serve.
step-11
If you want the stew to prepare for the future, you can put it in jars. For the jars to sterilize. I do it on the pot of boiling water on the grill.
step-12
The stew is ready once again to heat up and decompose in hot jars, immediately close the lid and allow to cool upside down (lid down). Store in the refrigerator. I don't know how can stand such a stew in the fridge, so we quickly ate.
